We are thrilled to be attending the 51st FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress in Lima, Peru, from the 5th until the 7th of November.

IBC Show 2019 - DataScouting exhibiting Media Intelligence Solutions
DataScouting exhibited its media intelligence solutions in the IBC Show that took place this year from the 13th until the 17th of September at RAI in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
DataScouting was an exhibitor at the IBC Show and presented to visitors its media intelligence solutions, for print, online and broadcast media. DataScouting’s platforms minimize the time and effort needed to search and find actionable information for decision making. Using text analytics and automatic classification, speech and optical character recognition, advertisement, logo and face identification, DataScouting helps media monitoring companies and organizations streamline their workflow, create a database of media intelligence information and share content.

Web Intelligence Congress 2019
Presenting our paper: Design and implementation of an open-source Greek POS Tagger and Entity Recognizer using spaCy
Eleni Partalidou, Software Engineer at DataScouting, attended the Web Intelligence Congress that took place in Thessaloniki from the 14th until the 17th of October. This year’s theme was Web Intelligence = AI in the Connected World.
Eleni presented the paper “Design and implementation of an open-source Greek POS Tagger and Entity Recognizer using spaCy”, where she introduced the challenges in creating Natural Language Processing models for inflective languages, such as Greek and the experiments that were conducted.

The FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress is just two weeks away.
Taking place in Lima, from the 5th until the 7th of November, this year’s WMIC Congress will be Exploring and Expanding the Media Intelligence World.
The FIBEP Tech Day will be held on Monday, November 4.
The Super Networking Session will be held on Tuesday, November 5.
This year the traditional Gala Dinner will be turned into a Peruvian Culinary Experience at one of the World’s best restaurants.
