DataScouting and Enimerosi have been assigned the “Creation and Enrichment of the Institutional Repository-Digital Library” of the University of Thessaly.

DataScouting (as the leader of the project) will install and customize the Institutional Repository and enrich it through the digitization, documentation and preventive preservation of the unique material of the Library and Information Centre of the University of Thessaly. The digitization process will include, among others, books, journals, photographs, theses, postgraduate and doctoral dissertations. The primary objective is to create a modern Institutional Repository and to preserve and disseminate both the rare and special material of the Library and the scientific heritage of the University.

The project started in November 2014 and is expected to be completed in 12 months.
