The way companies think about talent is key to their ability to build growth. And we often hear companies saying that people are their most important asset but for us it the “right people”. We often take part in recruitment events as in-person interactions with potential candidates are very important and help improve the quality of future hires…not to mention that we prefer a personal, face-to-face touch. So recently we participated in four different events:
TechSaloniki 2023: it is the No1 skill matching event in information technology in Thessaloniki. We are a founding member of TechSaloniki and we support the event as a sponsor and key technology enabler. It is an event designed for companies to meet talented people who are interested in working in the field of information science and offer them working opportunities.
TechPro Academy: launched earlier this year the 1st Bootcamp for 25 students for reskilling and upskilling training on technical and soft skills. The 3-month program includes onsite courses, company visits, workshops and seminars delivered by senior company executives and academics. “DataScouting stands by TechPro Academy as a sponsor and a supporting company, believing in the power of talented people who want to evolve through reskilling / upskilling. This support guarantees the scalability and prosperity of the IT industry,” says Tom Avramis, Founder and Managing Director of DataScouting.
Hackathon Serres: it is an annual event organized by the Serres Tech Community and the Department of Computer, Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering of the International Hellenic University-Serres Campus. We are a frequent sponsor and our team takes part in every Hackathon Serres to discuss with students and attendees about DataScouting’s media intelligence solutions and outline the opportunities of joining our team.
AUTH Career Days 2023: this career fair is organized by the Liaison Office of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki every year. The aim of the event is the direct communication and contacts of students, final students and graduates of the university with the labor market, to create mutually beneficial career opportunities and collaborations. It is a great opportunity for us to meet promising students and offer internship opportunities.
